- Fare and ticket enquiries
- Disruption due to bad weather (eg snow, floods) or traffic jams
- Complaints about late/cancelled buses or bad driving
- Lost property that you have left on a bus
- Urgent enquiries - I will always try to reply within 24 hours but I can't promise it will be sooner
